Grahame founded DC Construction nearly 20 years ago with his wife, Ann Taylor. Originally  a carpenter at the age of 16, Grahame built Home Depot's and Costco's before joining Shaw & Sons. As a union Foreman, he worked on high-profile projects like the Richard Nixon Presidential Library, Paramount Studios and Barney’s on Rodeo Drive.

After the 1994 earthquake, Grahame joined Kemp Bros to manage the Northridge Hospital for 3 years. He later joined D&T Construction as VP of Field Operations. Here, he worked on many projects for Habitat for Humanity and the ice rink for the Long Beach Ice Dogs. In addition, he managed over 385 Kroger properties, several AAA facilities, and other high end residential and commercial projects.

Grahame and Ann have used their combined commercial success to create an outstanding quality residential construction company. Recently, they partnered with Grahame's twin brother, Paul Taylor, to open a commercial sector to their business now known as PGAdc. Grahame coordinates the field operations and continues to run the residential side of the business as President/CEO of DC Construction.

Grahame loves golf and his daughter, Britney, who recently moved back from Seattle and bought her first home. Grahame has called Fullerton home since high school and is well known and admired among his peers.
